The Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner wishes to advise the media that the Adjudicator, Retired Judge Ronald McKinnon has granted a request from counsel representing former Constable Michael Hughes of the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Police Service to adjourn the proceedings due to an availability conflict. The proceeding, before the Adjudicator, Retired Judge Ronald McKinnon has been adjourned until a date to reconvene the Public Hearing can be set.
