The Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner wishes to advise the media that the Adjudicator, Retired Judge Ronald McKinnon has granted a request from counsel representing former Constable Michael Hughes of the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Police Service to adjourn the proceedings due to an availability conflict. The proceeding, before the Adjudicator, Retired Judge Ronald McKinnon has been adjourned until a date to reconvene the Public Hearing can be set.

The Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner wishes to advise the media that the Adjudicator, Retired Judge Brian Neal has granted a request from counsel representing Constable Brian Hobbs of the Vancouver Police Department to adjourn the proceedings due to an availability conflict. The matter has been scheduled for February 19, 2018 at 9:30am at Robson Square Provincial Court Room 109. Discipline proceedings pursuant to the Police Act are not open to the public.
