The Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner wishes to advise the media that the Adjudicator, Retired Judge Ronald McKinnon has granted a request from counsel representing former Constable Michael Hughes of the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Police Service to adjourn the proceedings due to an availability conflict.
