The Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner wishes to advise the media that Discipline Authority Carol Baird Ellan convened the discipline proceeding for OPCC files 2015-11048 and 2015-11048-05 on November 21, 2017, to hear an application from former Chief Constable Elsner’s counsel. Discipline Authority Baird Ellan issued her decision on December 15, 2017, dismissing that application and has granted an adjournment to January 15, 2018, at which point she expects that the matter be set for hearing dates.
