Victoria – Adjudicator Wally Oppal, K.C., is expected to hear submissions on disciplinary or corrective measures in relation to his finding that Constable Ron Kirkwood (now Sergeant) committed misconduct when he fired ARWEN rounds that led to the 2019 death of Lisa Rauch.
